13.One-Time Use Seal Policy

One-Time Use Seal Policy To maintain product authenticity and prevent tampering, all Rajvastraa.shop shipments are securely sealed using a tamper-evident, one-time use seal. This seal is applied at the time of packaging and cannot be resealed once broken. In the event of a Return to Origin (RTO) due to non-acceptance or failed delivery, the product must be returned with the original seal intact. If the seal is found broken, damaged, or tampered with during RTO, the return will be automatically rejected, and no refund or exchange will be issued. Customers are advised not to open or tamper with the product seal if they intend to reject or return the shipment. This policy is implemented to protect against misuse and ensure the quality and integrity of returned products.
